Competition Cakes This "showstopping" cake received the Lumpkin County Family Connection Kids First Award for entry into and participation in the 2007 North Georgia Wedding Cake Challenge on August 4, 2007. The challenge was to decorate a 3 foot tall wedding cake following the theme, 'Mountain Weddings', in only 3 hours. I qualified to enter the competition as an advanced level cake decorator.
